Greater Medina Chamber of Commerce

Most member-driven organizations face the challenge of remaining relevant to their members. The Greater Medina Chamber of Commerce provides a continuous array of new programs and activities for its members to help them learn and expand their networks. Following are a few examples of programs we helped develop in working with the Chamber and its volunteers:

The Greater Medina Businesswomen's Summit was developed to provide programming specific to the needs of women business owners and middle managers. We created a half-day program consisting of two general sessions and four concurrent sessions on a variety of topics relevant to women in business. The day was capped off with a Keynote Luncheon featuring a regional TV celebrity and communications expert.
The Business Growth Conference addressed the educational and networking needs of the owners of smaller enterprises. This half-day program focused on all areas related to business growth, including marketing, acquisitions vs organic growth, financing options, and working with an advisory board. The Keynote Luncheon featured the CEO of a local family-owned business.
5 Minute Networking was presented as a fresh, new option to other networking events. The event utilized software designed to help organize and manage an event for "speed networking" among 30-40 attendees. Services included facilities management, marketing, and management of the actual networking event.
