Vicki Karabinus, President of InFocus, is a marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience in working with businesses and nonprofit organizations of all sizes. Her areas of special interest are branding and image campaigns and developing go-to-market strategies. 

Her focus in recent years has been on helping small businesses develop tools and strategies for survival in an increasingly competitive business environment. She has also served as a strategic consultant to chambers of commerce and other nonprofit organizations in the areas of marketing, program development and event planning.  Vicki and her team provide a full spectrum of marketing support services including graphic design, collateral materials, website development, direct mail campaigns and special event management.

Vicki received her B.A. from Hiram College, with Masters studies at Kent State University and Continuing Education at UVA's Darden Executive Education Program. She is a member of the American Marketing Association, the Center for Nonprofit Excellence, the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Fluvanna County Chamber of Commerce. Vicki is a graduate of Leadership Medina County (OH) and the Fluvanna County (VA) Leadership Development Program, is a recipient of the YWCA Woman of Distinction Award and was recognized by the American Red Cross as Volunteer of the Year.
 

 
Vicki is the embodiment of the ideals anyone would look for in searching for marketing solutions. She is thorough, creative, and has the drive to see a project to successful completion. Her ability to think outside the box and provide meaningful guidance separates her from many "all talk and no action" marketing firms.
