Vicki Karabinus, President of InFocus, is a marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience in working with businesses and nonprofit organizations of all sizes. Her areas of special interest are branding and image campaigns and developing go-to-market strategies. 

Her focus in recent years has been on helping small businesses develop tools and strategies for survival in an increasingly competitive business environment. She has also served as a strategic consultant to chambers of commerce and other nonprofit organizations in the areas of marketing, program development and event planning.  Vicki and her team provide a full spectrum of marketing support services including graphic design, collateral materials, website development, direct mail campaigns and special event management. 

Vicki received her B.A. from Hiram College, with Masters studies at Kent State University and Continuing Education at UVA's Darden Executive Education Program. She is a member of the American Marketing Association, the Greater Medina Chamber of Commerce, Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Fluvanna Chamber of Commerce. Vicki has served on numerous nonprofit Boards and committees.  She is a graduate of Leadership Medina County, is a recipient of the YWCA Woman of Distinction Award and was recognized by the American Red Cross as Volunteer of the Year.
